3. Memo contents
ActiveMemo does not upload your memo contents to our servers. ActiveMemo does not sell, share, analyze, or use your memo contents for advertising, user behavior analysis, or AI training.
4. Keep Active feature
This feature works locally on your device. It does not monitor your work activity, capture screen contents, record keystrokes, or send activity information to external servers.
Please use this feature in accordance with your organization's rules and policies.
5. Subscription and payment
Subscriptions are processed through Microsoft Store. ActiveMemo does not receive or store your credit card information.
6. Free trial information
ActiveMemo may store the first launch date and last launch date locally on your device to provide a limited free usage period.
7. Logs
ActiveMemo may create local log files for troubleshooting. If you contact support and choose to send log files, please review them before sending.
